After many years of training at the finest confectioneries in Istanbul, Mehmet Efendi opened his first store in 1953. Initially, he utilized the skills he had learned during training, but soon started to offer products that were his own creations. He quickly gained a reputation for consistently producing high-quality products using only the finest ingredients.
This philosophy still continues today with our staff passionate about maintaining the high standards set by our founder all those years ago. Our chefs continually develop new and exciting products for our customers’ enjoyment.
